Are local taxes included in prices?
Rates of all our apartments include local taxes (VAT).

Which are the hours of check-in and check-out of the apartment?
Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out before 12:00. These schedules have settled down to be able to have the time necessary to do the cleaning and fine tuning of the apartment before the welcome of the new renter. However, if you need to arrive or leave the apartment earlier or later than this time, feelathomeinbarcelona.com shall do everything possible to arrange it for you or to solve the problems that can be caused by this circumstance. It is important to remember that the entrances or exits before 8:00 or after 21:00 are loaded with an extra charge of 30 €.

Where do we pick up the keys for the flat?
Our staff will be waiting for you at the door of the apartment at the arranged time to give you the keys. Please read carefully the confirmation information that we will email you after we have received your down payment.

How do we get into the apartment if we are delayed during our travel?
Once we have received the downpayment for your flat, we will send you confirmation including contact numbers for check-in. If you are delayed, please call the contact number provided to advise so that we can prepare to meet you at a later time.

Are linen and towels provided in the apartments?
All linen and towels are provided and included in the list price of your flat. It is important that you let us know how many are in your travel group so that we can provide the correct amount of towels and bed linen.

Do you have a 24 hour emergency telephone number?
There is a 24 hour emergency telephone contact number (+34 692 14 20 00) for emergencies during your stay in our apartments.

When I will receive the confirmation of my reservation?
Once completed online reservation process, feelathomeinbarcelona.com will send you, in a term non superior to 24 hours, a definitive mail of confirmation with all the information of your reservation and the details you need to get to the apartment.

Should I pay the supplies (water, light and gas)?
No. The expenses by supplies (water, light and gas) are included in the rental rates of the apartments. However, feelathomeinbarcelona.com can load a supplement in the case of having produced use badly or an irresponsible conduct, being the consumptions superior to the habitual thing.

Is there any cleaning service of the apartment?
When you arrive at your apartment, this one is given to you clean and in perfect state for its use. Once finalized your stay, the cleaning service will take charge of everything. However, if you require more frequent cleaning during your stay, we can provide an additional cleaning service at a cost of 10 €/hour and with a minimum of 2 hours at a time.
