The Icària apartment is a BARCELONA BEACH APARTMENT located in a building dating from 1925 that was renovated recently. The apartment has two balconies that allow natural sun light to enter all day.

This Barcelona apartment has two spacious and simply decorated bedrooms: one double with queen size bed furnished with a wardrobe, and one with comfortable twin beds that make the apartment suitable for sleeping a total of 4 people.

The large modern kitchen of this fully equipped self catering apartment comes with all the electrical appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. It has a coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV and DVD player. The bathrooms, two in total, are modern, completely new, and are both equipped with wide showers.
