Appartement Icària

Icària apartment is located in a recently renewed building dating 1925, it has access to two exterior balconies that gives to the place natural sun light all day.

The Icària apartment has two spacious and simply decorated bedrooms: one double with queen size bed furnished with wardrobe and one confortable twin beds that make the apartment suitable for a total of 4 persons, family or friends.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances necessary for a stay as confortamble as your own house, it has coffee machine, oven, microwave, Washing machine, TV and DVD player. The bathrooms, two in total, are modern, completely news and are both equipped with wide showers.

In this new space conceived to make you feel like at home in Barcelona you will also enjoy the comfort of Air-conditioning, free local calls and Internet.

Lastly, a very important thing (especially for those who come to Barcelona with car) is that the apartment is located in an area that is able to park in the street without paying (there are not many areas in the Barcelona center where you can do it).

Emplacement

The apartment is located in the Vila Olimpica, a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Barcelona.

This area was conceived as a residence for the athletes of the Olympic Games of 1992, since then this area became quiet popular and worth a visit for the remaining of the Games sculptures along the way.

Vila Olimpica is situated at only 10 minutes walking from the sea, the famous Hotel Arts, Casino of Barcelona, many seafood restaurants and clubs such as Oppium and Shoko and the Yelmo Cinema Complex offering movies in their original language.

The beautiful walk that stretches all along the sea side allows you to reach the beaches of Bogatell, Mar Bella or la Barceloneta easily, in this space you can also go for an early jog, bike ride or just sightseeing the coastal panorama of Barcelona.

The city center is easy to reach by foot, strolling around la Barceloneta and moving towards the Old Port you can find yourself briefly at the Colon Statue and the end of La Rambla.

For those who wants to use the public transports, the yellow line L4 is directly connected to Passeo de Gracia, Barcelona’s most famous Modernist street.
