Verdaguer apartment is located next to Passeig Sant Joan on the border of the Eixample district and the neighborhood of Gracia, in a second floor of an elegant and typical building with elevator. The apartment has been recently renovated in its entirety, mainteining some typical elements of the flats in the Eixample and combining them with furniture and decorative elements of most current design.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony outside into the street, and two individual fans courtyard. It also has an individual folding bed, so that the accommodation capacity is a maximum of five people. Verdaguer apartment is located on the border of two emblematic neighborhoods of Barcelona: the Eixample and Gracia, in a highly, commercial and residential area, along the Passeig de Sant Joan, one of the most important avenues in the Eixample district which in turn causes Eixample border between the Left and the Right, so it is equidistant - 900 meters – between the Sagrada Familia and the Passeig de Gracia, two of the most important tourist areas of the city of Barcelona.

In the area visitors will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, a local market, private and public parking for those traveling by car, bars, restaurants, banks, etc ... and all in the cradle of the Catalan modernism par excellence, a neighborhood recognized by many as a major art museum in the street, where you can find one of the most famous modernist buildings, among which are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo the brilliant architect Antoni Gaudí, as well as buildings not so famous but surprisingly decorated with stained natural colors and motifs, sculptures and other elements characteristic of modernist catalan art.
