The Duran Apartment is located in a new building with elevator situated in the right heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Neighbourhood.
The apatment has one comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom, a new kitchen openned to the lounge-dining room and a little balcony that faces Duran I Bas Street. The apartment has been decorated in a simple and practical way but with some classical touches in some furniture pieces. There is a double sofa bed in the living that provides accomodation up to four people in the apartment.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make a nice meal or a quick snack, so to make feel like at his own home the client.
Despite of comfortable lodging this apartment provides as well a few distractions while one is taking a break from the lively city of Barcelona, such as a living room equipped with satellite cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet Connection (not available temporaly) and Air Conditioning that gives service to all rooms in the apartment.
