The Margarit apartment is located in the fourth floor of a typical building of the District of Poble Sec with elevator. The apartment recently has been rehabilitated in its totality in a modern and cosy style, maintaining and emphasizing some original elements of the old construction like the exposed ceilings that give a rustic and very original look to the whole apartment.
The double bedroom is simple and elegant and comes with a double bed, an ample closet to store your properties and exit to a small balcony giving the flat much natural light. The dining-living area, like the double room, is completely outer, it opens to the street through two small balconies and comes equipped with TV satellite, DVD player, WI-FI (free internet access) and a comfortable double sofa-bed to lodge until a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and child) in the apartment.
The kitchen is small, modern and is open to the dining room through a breakfast bar, but it has all the equipment and utensils necessary to make sure you stay is comfortable and pleasant.
