The Bonavista apartment is on the first floor of a typical property of the district of Gràcia of Barcelona without elevator. This studio apartment was conceived like a unique space where the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom share the same room, although each one of the stays are delimited by its simple and practical furniture.The result is a small but charming new, very luminous studio, completely equipped and ideal for one or two people who want to enjoy the enchantments of Barcelona located at only 2 minutes walking from Passeig de Gràcia.

In the other end, the great confortable angular sofa allows you to relax watching a movie or the evening news on the modern plasma screen TV, or to work calmly using the broadband Internet connection with Wi-Fi.

Behind hall, is situated the bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, furnished with drawers and an ample closet.

The bath, independent from the rest of the apartment, is complete and has a shower column with hydromassage to relax after an intense day of work or sightseeing.

Location

This Barcelona apartment is located in a very calm street in the district of Gràcia, few meters away from the intersection of Passeig de Gràcia and Avinguda Diagonal. Its location is ideal to enjoy the animated life of the old town of Gràcia, with its pedestrian streets and charming squares with outdoor terraces, restaurants and all sort of stores. This district has its own personality, a little “hippy” and a little Bohemian, and with an intense citizen life in which the older residents mingle with the new residents, many of them young foreigners, artists and students.

The apartment is also very close to Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia, one of the most exclusive shopping areas of Barcelona. Throughout Passeig de Gràcia, you will find some of the most important tourist spots of Barcelona, the zone surroundings Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalonia, known as the Quadrat d‘Or and including the modernist buildings: the Milà House, the house Lleó Morera and the Batlló House.
