Valencia 43 Apartment

The Apartment Valencia 43 is placed in the modern district of the Barcelonian Eixample on a fifth floor with elevator. The building has been reformed recently conserving its old style next to present elements of design.

This apartment is a kind of type loft composed by a very luminous double room with double bed and by an outer balcony over the Valencia street.

The kitchen totally is equipped, has refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, coffee machine and toaster, all the necessary to enjoy an independent stay in Barcelona as if in your own apartment.

Behind the kitchen there is the living room where you will be able to enjoy a relaxing dinner watching a movie from the comfortable sofa of its apartment. In addition this sofa transforms into a double bed for two people that allows to lodge in the apartment a total of four people.

The bathroom, also new, is practical and modern it has a great bathtub.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia 43 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample, from where you can breath the flamboyant atmosphere of the modernist houses of the late nineteenth century bourgeosie. It is very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great access to public transport so you can get to the most interesting tourist spots in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
