Valencia 14 Apartment

The Apartment Valencia 14 is placed in the modern district of the Eixample of Barcelona on a second floor with elevator. The building has been reformed recently conserving its old aspect next to present elements of design.

The apartment that we offer is a modern loft composed by a double room very spacious and with a lot of light that enters from the balcony open on Valencia street.

The kitchen totally equipped, has refrigerator, washing machine, microwaves, coffee pot and toaster, all the necessary to enjoy your stay to the maximum so that you feel like at home even if you are on vacations!

In the other side of the kitchen there is the living room where you will be able to enjoy your dinner while comfortably watching a movie seated on the sofa of your apartment. In addition the sofa is a double bed for two people the one that allows to lodge in the apartment a total of four guests.

The bathroom also new, is colourful and modern and has a great bathtub.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia 14 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample, from where you can breath the flamboyant atmosphere of the modernist houses of the late nineteenth century bourgeosie. It is very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudi’s famous masterpieces in Barcelona.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great access to public transport so you can get to the most interesting tourist spots in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
