Valencia 23 Apartment

The Valencia 23 Apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a typical Eixample building completely refurbished in 2008.

It is composed by a modern double bedroom very luminous with an exit onto the balcony.

The big independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the apartment. It has a fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

Furthermore, the big living room an ideal area for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and it is furnished with a practical sofa bed for two persons that make the apartment suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

The bathroom, completely renewed, has a bathtub.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia 23 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample, from where you can breath the flamboyant atmosphere of the modernist houses of the late nineteenth century bourgeosie. It is very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great access to public transport so you can get to the most interesting tourist spots in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
