Valencia 11 Apartment

The Valencia 11 Apartment is located in the Eixample area, on the first floor with elevator of a typical building of this district and was completely renewed with design details in 2008.

The apartment is simple and decorated with bright colours. It is composed of two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds. The kitchen is complete with washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine to make our guests feel like at home even if they are on vacations!

Right in front of the kitchen there is a wide and luminous living room with an exit on the balcony and sofa bed for two persons, that means that the apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people.

Finally, the bathroom is also new and equipped with shower.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia 11 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample, very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great communications by public transport so you can get any interesting tourist spot in the city in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
