The Valencia P3 apartment is located on the first floor of a nice typical building of the Eixample area with elevator. It’s been recently refurbished and renovated with the latest in furniture and decoration design. In this stilysh apartment design and fine materials go together for a comfortable stay in a great location in central Barcelona.

This Barcelona apartment has one double bedroom with a queen size bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

The luminous, well arranged living and dining area comes with a sofa able to turn into a comfortable double bed, providing accommodation up to four people. The living is separated from the bright and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to make your own home-cooked meals.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia P3 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample in Barcelona, from where you can breath the flamboyant atmosphere of the modernist houses of the late nineteenth century bourgeosie. It is very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two of Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great access to public transport so you can get to the most interesting tourist spots in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
