The Milà Apartment is located on the top floor of an elegant five storey building with a nice old style elevator in the lively Gràcia neighbourhood.

This charming Barcelona apartment has two double bedrooms: the master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and wide wardrobes, is a bright pleasant room plenty of natural light where you can relax sitting by the sunny window reading a book. The second bedroom comes with two single beds.

The living and dinning area is also plenty of sunlight coming from the large window that faces the quiet inner area of the block and gives us a nice view over the typical Barcelona roofs. This space is full of character and it is perfect to relax after a hard day visit to the city as well as to enjoy your work stay in Barcelona.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack. Finally, the bathroom comes with a walk in shower.

Location

This Barcelona apartment is located in the lively and colourful neighbourhood of Gràcia, just few meters away from Passeig de Gràcia and Diagonal Avenue. The Old Village of Gràcia is a trendy neighbourhood in Barcelona with many local bars, cafés and restaurants. Its nice small streets and lovely squares like Plaça del Sol and Plaça de la Virreina give this area a bohemian and liberal flavour.

The apartment is also within 5 minutes walking distance from Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia, the most exclusive shopping area in the city. Along Passeig de Gràcia you will find some of the most impressive modernist buildings in the city, like the famous Gaudi’s works Casa Milà and Casa Batlló.

The surrounding area has good connections by public transport. The nearest metro station is Diagonal (line 3 and 5), located 250 meters away, from where you can get any tourist attraction and business area in less than 10 minutes trip.
