The Valencia P4 apartment is located on the first floor of a nice typical building of the Eixample area with elevator. It’s been completely refurbished recently with high quality fittings, where design and fine materials go together. It is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay in a great location in central Barcelona.

This lovely Barcelona apartment has one double bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to make your own home-cooked meals.

The living is a spacious and luminous area that comes with a sofa able to turn into a comfortable double bed, so allows the apartment to provide accommodation up to four people.

Please note that due to some works in the building all stays until September 30th will have a 10% discount over the normal rental rates to compensate for any possible inconvenience.

Location

The Valencia P4 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample in Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great communications by public transport so you can get any interesting tourist spot in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
