Joanot Apartment

Joanot Apartment is located in a small new building located in the middle of the picturesque and shopping Creu Coberta Street in the heart of the Sants District, just five minutes walk from Plaza España and the Trade Fair Center (La Fira de Barcelona).

It is a modern and new two bedroom duplex apartment. In the lower level floor we can find the spacious lounge-dining-room with a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player and a great table. Sharing the same area there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, coffee and tea maker, toaster, washer-dryer machine and all the equipments needed to feel our guests like at home in Barcelona while are having breakfast or preparing their meal.

Bedrooms and the bathroom are located in the upper level floor. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a double bed as well as a wide wardrobe for the belongings of our clients. The second bedroom has a bunk bed ideal for a young couple or for the children if you are travelling with your family.

Lastly, the apartment has a new and cosy bathroom with a bath unit.

Location

This Barcelona apartment is located fifteen meters from Creu Coberta Street, one of the most important shopping and lively streets in Barcelona where you will find a wide range of all kind of shops: bookshops, fashion shops, perfume shops, jewelleries, gifts shops and a lot of shoe shops. There is a big local market (with an original wrought iron structure recently renewed) as well as lots of bars and restaurants, so you can stop and get strength back to continue shopping.

The nearest metro station to the apartment is Hostafrancs (on line 1), which is just 50 metres away. The metro offers fast, convenient access to the whole of Barcelona and the surrounding area and you can reach any of the city’s tourist attractions in less than 15 minutes from the station.

The apartment is also an excellent choice for those visiting Barcelona on business, as it is very close to the Trade Fair Center (La Fira de Barcelona).
