Marquet II Apartment is located on the second floor of a small new building with elevator in the heart of the picturesque neighbourhood of Poblenou in Barcelona, just 5 minutes walk from the beach.

It is a tastefully decorated apartment to make feel like at home our guests and where all rooms are plenty of natural light so the apartment gives a bright and comfort pleasant feeling.

This Barcelona apartment has one double bedroom with a queen-size bed that faces the calm, bright interior of the apartment block.. The living area is very spacious and airy, with plenty of natural light. It has a comfortable double sofa bed that provides additional accommodation, meaning that the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack, and the bathroom is wide and modern and comes with a large shower unit.

Location

Marquet II apartment is located in the heart of Poblenou Neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking from Bogatell beaches. It is located in a pedestrian street very close to Rambla del Poblenou, a small version of the well-known Las Rambles in the Old City. It is basically a residential area, calm but full of live. Very close to the apartment one can find all kind of shops, restaurants, a local market and it is able to park in the street without paying (there is not many areas in Barcelona where you can do it).

The nearest metro station to the apartment is Poblenou (on line 4), which is just 350 metres away. The metro offers fast, convenient access to the whole of Barcelona and the surrounding area and you can reach any of the city’s tourist attractions in less than 15 minutes from the station.

The area is ideal for the use of bicycle: in a 10 minutes pleasant trip you can get the Port Olímpic, the Fòrum Park or Ciutadella Park, and in 15 minutes the Barceloneta beaches and the centre of the city.

The apartment is also an excellent choice for those visiting Barcelona on business, as it is very close to the emergent business areas of 22@ and CCIB - Barcelona International Convention Centre.
