The Valencia P2 Apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Eixample’s building with elevator. It has been recently completely refurbished in a modern style and it is a great choice for the visitors who are looking for quality, modern decor and a central location.

This Barcelona apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, one double with a queen-size double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is another complete bathroom with bathtub thought to be used by the guests of the second bedroom.

The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to make your own home-cooked meals.

The living and dining room is a spacious and luminous area with an exit to a private inner garden. The living comes with a sofa able to turn into a comfortable double bed, so allows the apartment to provide accommodation up to five people.

But the truly treasure of this apartment is the outstanding private garden that, equipped with a table and chairs, will allow you to enjoy the exceptional weather in Barcelona, having breakfast or dinner al fresco or just relaxing reading a book or chatting with family or friends.

The Valencia P2 Apartment is located in the right area of Eixample in Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Familia Temple Church. The apartment is also within walking distance from the Passeig de Gràcia, where you will find La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, two Gaudi’s famous masterpieces.

In addition, as all the apartments located in Eixample area, it has great communications by public transport so you can get any interesting tourist spot in Barcelona in less than 10 minutes. Nearest metro station is Verdaguer – Yellow and Green Line - (only 200 meters away).
