Cabanyes apartment is located on the first floor of a small three floors building of Poble Sec Neighbourhood. It has been completely refurbished in a modern and cosy style keeping and showing off some old features such as the typical catalan bolted ceilings with wooden beams.

It has a double bedroom with a queen size bed and wardrobe space for the guests belongings, and a double sofa-bed in the living that allows the apartment to provide accommodation up to four persons.

Kitchen is opened to the living and it comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack. Finally, the bathroom is completely reformed and it is equipped with bathtub.

It is located few meters from Paral•lel Avenue, from where one can access in less than 15 minutes walking to Las Ramblas and Port Vell. Also you can enjoy a nice walk from the apartment to Plaza Espanya, Montjuïc and Barcelona’s Trade Fair (La Fira de Barcelona), so Cabanyes Apartment is also a great choice for professional stays in Barcelona.

The surrounding area has great communications by public transport. The nearest metro station is Paral•lel, located 200 meters away, from where you can get any tourist attraction in less than 10 minutes trip, and from you can get the famous “funicular de Montjuïc”, the best way to get Montjuïc mountain since 1928.
