Marquet G Apartment is located on the ground floor of a small new building located in the heart of the picturesque neighbourhood of Poblenou, just 5 minutes walk from the beach.
It is a brand new two bedroom duplex apartment tastefully decorated to make feel like at home our guests.
In the lower level floor we can find the lounge-dining-room equipped with TV and DVD, an extending table suitable for up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa as well as an independent double sofa bed that allows the apartment to provide accommodation for a maximum of 5 people.
The kitchen, located in an independent room, is modern and comes fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee and tea maker and toaster. There is a table with two chairs to allow the guests to have breakfast or have a drink while preparing a snack or a sophisticated meal. The kitchen has an exit to a small outdoor patio where guests can find the washing machine to do the laundry.
Both bedrooms are located in the upper level floor. The master bedroom is a wide and airy room facing a calm inner area of block and has a double bed as well as a wide wardrobe for the guests’ belongings. The second bedroom has a single bed.
Lastly, the apartment has a new bathroom with a shower unit.
All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning.
